Garofalo

Garofalo has been making pasta from only the finest durum wheat for more than 300 years, combining the art and skill of traditional Neapolitan pasta making with innovative technology. 


Little known in the UK, Garofalo wanted to raise its profile to increase outlets and sales. Working with a UK based PR firm specialising in food and drink, a series of adverts placed with publishers such as The Grocer, Taste Italia, and Seasons, event materials, and banners for online retailer Ocado were created. The increased awareness led to the Garofalo pasta range being made available from more retail outlets across the UK.
