Justine Avril Embroidery

Justine was formally trained in Paris at the famous embroidery house Maison Lesage. The House has collaborated with the greatest names in the history of fashion, including Cristóbal Balenciaga, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent and Hubert de Givenchy. Chanel counts Lesage as one of its Métiers d’Art ateliers. Her professional experience includes creating embroidery designs for the Paris and London fashion shows, and private clients.

To help get Justine’s artistry in front of potential employers and clients, she needed a logo that reflects her profession and complements her work. The shapes found in her tools, in particular the tambour hook, and her embroidery were the inspiration for her letter ‘J’ logo.

An embroiders Tambour Hook.

I can write on my cards and send to agencies and clients or hand out a set at meetings as a tangible reminder of my creativity, skills, and experience.
