BT Pension Scheme
The BT Pension Scheme (BTPS) supports current and ex-BT employees with their defined benefit pension. BTPS was moving to a new platform and took the opportunity for an overhaul of the member experience from the ground up, online and offline.
Award-winning digital agency Landscape asked me to design and develop a suite of letterheads, pension forecasts and options packs which could vary in content and extent. The visual appearance of these items is in line with the BTPS website design and brand guidelines. The letterheads, pension forecasts and options packs were produced as Microsoft Word templates, allowing integration into the new platform and workflow. These templates were tested at different stages to ensure the final designs were maintained throughout the workflow and colours were printed accurately.
Members can download forms to complete and return. Pension forecasts and options can be completed automatically and sent to the designated print company to be printed, collated and mailed to the member. The design of the letterheads, pension forecasts and options packs allow for tracking codes, invisible Opt-Out codes, and QR codes to be inserted during the workflow.

Colour test proofing sheets were created in order to ensure consistent colour across printed letterheads, pension forecasts and options packs.
